To give you an example the group “Places We Go When Things are Uncertain or Too Much” talks about and discuss in detail the emotions of -Stress -Overwhelm -Anxiety -Worry -Avoidance -Excitement -Dread -Fear -Vulnerability Each group provides some similarities and relationships between the emotions. Her latest (at least for me) book, Atlas of the Heart: Mapping Meaningful connection & the Language of Human Experience is completely different from her previous work which tackled topics like vulnerability, bravery, etc. Atlas of the Heart explores 87 emotions we experience as human beings and neatly files them into 13 groups.
